We’re building Aidn to solve a real pain point in healthcare: the endless repetition of patient stories due to siloed, inaccessible information. Imagine a world where healthcare is seamless, where vital records follow patients wherever they go—a system that supports healthcare personnel, patients, and their next of kin, creating the future of patient-centric e-health.
In just three years, Aidn has grown from 3 to 100 people, and we’re only getting started. With a team spread across Norway in Oslo, Bergen, Bodø, and remote locations, we work fast, adapt easily, and are dedicated to building something meaningful together.
The Role
As Aidn’s Chief Customer Officer, you’ll be joining us at a defining moment in our company’s growth, leading the charge in transforming Norway’s healthcare landscape. We’re moving from our first customer to scaling nationally, and we need a strategic leader who can drive this shift—streamlining our processes, advancing our tech-driven operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping our entry into municipal healthcare, evolving our approach from manual to scalable, and positioning Aidn as a trusted partner in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Set the strategy: Work with the CEO to shape our customer and operational roadmap.
- Drive rollout: Lead our product launch and adoption across Norway’s municipal healthcare, using scalable, efficient processes.
- Build Customer Success: Oversee customer onboarding and support, making sure we’re delivering value and building trust with every customer.
- Be the Customer’s voice: Bring customer feedback into everything we do, ensuring it drives our product and process improvements.
- Guide change: Help healthcare providers transition to Aidn with confidence, minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact.
- Lead the team: Develop and support the team as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in a leadership role with a focus on delivering impactful results.
- Experience with SaaS implementation (enterprise or public sector preferred).
- Project management experience.
- Ability to dive into new areas, understand the core challenges fast, and turn insight into action.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on scalable, effective solutions.
- Hands-on leadership, strategic but willing and eager to get into the details.
- Fluent in Norwegian for working with local stakeholders, comfortable with English internally.
Why Aidn?
We’re at an exciting point in our journey. Aidn is fast-growing, full of curiosity, and building a supportive culture where people collaborate, share successes, and learn together. We meet regularly as a whole company, whether it’s planning sessions, monthly town halls, or our annual hackathon. Our product is tested and refined with pilot customers, and we’re not afraid to challenge old ways of doing things to make something better.
A Few Perks
- Six weeks of vacation.
- Employee share program.
- Inclusive, down-to-earth workplace where everyone’s voice counts.
Aidn recognizes and celebrates diversity in all its forms, visible and non-visible in all areas of the work environment. We work to promote an anti-discriminatory environment where everyone feels safe and welcome. Read our full Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging policy in our handbook here. We’re actively working to enhance diversity in our leadership team and encourage female candidates to apply.
And there’s more! — Aidn has the advantage of being a member of the Kernel group, a collection of like-minded companies focused on building the next generation of health services for Norway and beyond. This association gives us access to advisors across the entire healthcare ecosystem, sufficient capital to support the long runways required by our ambitions, and the strategic partnerships needed to realize cooperation across today’s siloed landscape.
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, lead through change, and be part of something transformative, Aidn might just be the place for you. Are you curious? We welcome you to check out our employee handbook to get to know us, some of our benefits, and what drives us.
