With the combination of experience and a “fresh look”, Aidn is driven by a strong vision and a sincere desire about radically changing the everyday working life of the healthcare teams around the patient. User-centered design and great user experience for all healthcare professionals and citizens is in the core of what we do.
We will provide the health workers’ completely new and magically simple tools that freeing up their time for what they are passionate about – patient safety and health.
Cross-functional teams
Aidn’s product organization is divided into six cross-functional teams working on different parts of our product. Each product team consists of a trio of experts - a product manager, a design lead, and a technical lead, supported by a number of designers and engineers.
As Designer in Aidn, you will be part of an autonomous team, and work closely with frontend and backend developers, service designers, and your team manager.
We collaborate with our users to design systems that produce the most successful outcomes
- How do we empower patients?
- How do we optimize treatment?
- How do we promote seamless collaboration?
- How do we encourage holistic case handling?
-
We are not redesigning or adapting to something already built, we are developing something brand new - a core system that secures better healthcare services.
-
Our teams work with an agile mindset; high paced, iterative approaches, and a user-centered development process with short feedback loops.
-
User experience, real-time collaboration between clinicians, seamless integrations, and patient focus are the pillars of Aidn and is what separates us.
