As the Director of Engineering, I have responsibility for the technical aspects of multiple product teams and work with similarly-positioned product and design leaders in a cross-functional management team.

Primarily, I am an enabler. I focus on force multiplier activities so that my efforts support the outcomes we desire, with the greatest impact possible.

Concretely, my goal is to make sure our product teams can be as productive as possible, our talented engineers have everything they need to be happy and productive, to be able to do their best work and to make sure we are always working towards our strategic objectives.
