Product Manager
đ Oslo / Bergen / Bodø / Remote
đ° Lønn: 1 050 000 â 1 150 000 NOK
đ Why this role matters
At Aidn, weâre building digital healthcare services that make collaboration between citizens, healthcare professionals, and municipalities simpler and more human.
The Citizen product area is responsible for Mitt Aidn, the product used by patients and their next of kin. Mitt Aidn gives citizens a clear overview of their health services, enables applications for care, and supports collaboration with healthcare professionals. The product is already in production and actively used, and now enters a phase where scaling, clarity, and impact matter more than ever.
As Product Manager for Citizen, youâll play a central role in shaping how Mitt Aidn evolves. Youâll ensure we solve the right problems for citizens and families, while balancing municipal workflows, regulatory requirements, and real-world constraints. This role exists to create focus, reduce ambiguity, and turn insight into meaningful product outcomes.

đ§ What youâll be working on
Over the next year, youâll focus on strengthening Mitt Aidn as a citizen-facing product with clear direction, strong execution, and measurable impact. Some examples of what youâll take on:
Own the product vision and roadmap for Mitt Aidn, grounded in user insights, municipal needs, and Aidnâs overall strategy.
Lead the product trio with engineering and design through modern discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product priorities and well-defined requirements.
Balance user needs, municipal workflows, and regulatory requirements to ensure we build the right things at the right time.
Improve execution speed and delivery quality by reducing ambiguity and strengthening product processes.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
Work closely with customer success and municipal stakeholders to ensure adoption and real-world value.

đ¤ Who you are
Weâre looking for a Product Manager who cares deeply about user value and enjoys working in complex environments with many stakeholders. Youâre comfortable owning outcomes and navigating trade-offs between speed, quality, and impact.
You probably have:
3+ years of experience leading product teams through modern discovery and delivery processes.
Experience working with qualitative and quantitative insights, including user research and product metrics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align designers, engineers, and non-product stakeholders.
A structured, pragmatic approach to prioritization and execution.
Itâs a plus if youâve:
Worked with citizen-facing products, healthcare, welfare services, or municipal systems
Experience from SaaS or high-paced product environments.
Worked in regulated domains where user needs, compliance, and operational reality must coexist.

đŹ What success looks like
