Product Manager - Open Aidn
đ Oslo
đ° Lønn: 1 100 000 â 1 200 000 NOK
đ Why this role matters
At Aidn, weâre building digital infrastructure that makes collaboration across Norwegian healthcare simpler, safer, and more scalable. A big part of that mission depends on how well systems, services, and partners can connect.
Open Aidn is the foundation that enables this. Itâs where integrations, APIs, and standards come together to make Aidnâs ecosystem work for internal product teams, municipalities, and external partners.
As Product Manager for Open Aidn, youâll play a key role in shaping how Aidn scales. Youâll define what problems to solve, set clear direction for the integration platform, and help teams move away from one-off solutions toward a predictable, developer-friendly platform. This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, cares about real-world impact, and wants to build products that enable others to succeed.

đ§ What youâll be working on
Over the next year, youâll focus on turning Open Aidn into a scalable, reliable integration platform that supports both internal teams and external partners. Some examples of what youâll take on:
Own the product vision and roadmap for Open Aidn, grounded in user needs, partner requirements, and Aidnâs overall strategy.
Lead a cross-functional product trio with engineers and designers through modern discovery and delivery processes.
Define clear product problems and requirements for integrations, APIs, standards, and self-service capabilities.
Work closely with internal product teams to enable consistent, reusable integrations instead of ad-hoc solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners (e.g. through FHIR-based integrations) to ensure scalable data flows and good developer experience.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize the right initiatives and measure product success.
Communicate product direction, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

đ¤ Who you are
Weâre looking for a Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, business, and collaboration. Youâre structured without being rigid, and you enjoy making complex systems understandable and useful.
You probably have:
3+ years of experience leading product development for technical or platform products.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or developer-facing products.
A strong grasp of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
Experience using data, user insights, and experimentation to guide decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
Itâs a plus if youâve:
Worked closely with engineers in technically complex environments.
Built or scaled integration platforms, self-service portals, or partner ecosystems.
Worked in SaaS, healthcare, or public-sector-related products.
Experience applying AI tools in product management activities (e.g. discovery, analysis, prioritization, experimentation), and/or leading products that leverage AI-driven functionality.
