Senior Product Expert
We all have family and friends who have felt the frustration of navigating the healthcare system. Telling their story again and again to new healthcare workers who do not have access to the right records. New faces, same story. Binders carried from one office to another to explain treatments. Precious time wasted, and patients suffering. They should not have to.
Healthcare systems are not coordinated, not synchronized, and they do not communicate. Professionals spend valuable time recording the same activities and measures across multiple systems. The problem is not a lack of information; it is the sprawl of it. And patients should not have to pay the price.
As product builders, our work matters to our employers, but at some point, we all ask ourselves an important question. Does the work itself make a difference?
At Aidn, our ambition is to give Norwegians the healthcare platform they deserve. A connected and user-friendly set of products and services that allows institutions, clinicians, social workers, and citizens to collaborate seamlessly on healthcare matters.

That’s where you come in. Here’s your chance to put your talents to work for a purpose.
Aidn is entering a period where almost every municipality in Norway is procuring a new core healthcare system. To succeed in this market, we must be able to communicate our product clearly, convincingly, and consistently through tenders, presentations, and demos.
The Senior Product Expert will help Aidn do exactly that. You’ll take ownership of product communication across tenders, demos, and external presentations, working closely with colleagues across the product and commercial organisations.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both structure and storytelling, who can translate complex systems into clear narratives that win trust, adoption, and new customers. Over time, as the number of public tenders decreases, the work on updating our customers and users on product news will increase.
Every day, you will be working to solve problems like these:
- Explaining our product in ways that help it succeed in municipal tender processes.
- Structuring responses so they’re compliant, compelling, and high-quality.
- Demonstrating the product’s value in demos to diverse audiences, such as nurses, managers, and IT leads.
- Keeping municipalities and users informed about product updates and improvements through newsletters, release notes, and presentations.
- Communicating new product launches and features clearly so users quickly understand their value and start using them.
We think you bring the following qualifications and experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in a modern product organization, preferably within enterprise SaaS, as a Product Manager, Product Marketer, Service Designer, UX/Product Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, structured, and engaging communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and commercial teams.
- Experienced in presenting digital products in demos, conferences, customer meetings, and internal sessions.
- Strong ability to manage a high workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel activities.
- Familiar with creating and maintaining product communication materials, such as presentations, demo scripts, release notes, and newsletters.
- Experience from healthcare, the public sector, or public tender processes.

If you have the skills, experience, and drive to juggle these varied responsibilities, we have the right team for you. Aidn’s Product organisation currently includes around 38 people, growing to 46 next year, across product management, design, operations, and leadership. You’ll be one of four in this new product communication team, reporting to the CPO and working closely with our commercial and customer organisations.
Other things to get excited about:
- 6 weeks of vacation.
- Opportunity to take part in our employee share scheme.
- The opportunity to contribute with your work, to a purpose-driven company.
- Salary band: 1,15M - 1,25M NOK/year.

Aidn is part of the Kernel cooperation, a collection of like-minded companies focused on building the next generation of health services for Norway and beyond. This association gives us access to advisors across the entire healthcare ecosystem, sufficient capital to support the long runways required by our ambitions, and the strategic partnerships needed to realize cooperation across today’s siloed landscape.
Aidn recognizes and celebrates diversity in all its forms, visible and non-visible, in all areas of the work environment. We work to promote an anti-discriminatory environment where everyone feels safe and welcome. Read our full Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging policy in our handbook here.
