Salary: 1.2M - 1.3M NOK/year

At Aidn, we are on a mission to save the healthcare system by making the complex simple. We are battling outdated documentation and reporting tools, by building a new cloud based patient system that will radically ease the way clinicians work and collaborate- from the ground up. We are growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Director of Customer Onboarding to ensure that our customer experience is seamless from day one. This is a critical role to ensure smooth onboarding for our customers, helping them implement our solutions with ease and efficiency.
In this position, you’ll lead a growing team of project managers and consultants and be at the heart of driving operational maturity across Aidn. By collaborating closely with key teams, including Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Commercial, you’ll ensure that we deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that meet the pace of our rapid growth. This is a leadership role that requires not just a strategic mindset but also a hands-on approach to ensuring our projects are executed smoothly and consistently.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Customer Onboarding: Lead the execution of Aidn’s onboarding programs, working cross-functionally to ensure consistent rollouts that align with our scaling needs. You will also drive the design and delivery of training content to ensure it’s tailored to support our customers.
- Drive Process Excellence and Governance: Establish and maintain project delivery standards, templates, and routines, while designing and implementing governance models, decision frameworks, and reporting standards. You will track project health, address risks, and lead continuous improvements in documentation, tooling, and execution practices to ensure efficient, smooth, and aligned project delivery across the organization.
- Project resource planning and staffing: Coordinating available resources, managing changes, and ensuring the right competencies are in place at the right time.
- People Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of project managers and onboarding specialists. You’ll oversee the professional growth and well-being of your team and manage external consultants to ensure effective collaboration on key projects.

- Experience working with health or public sector clients is a plus.
